A man gets an erection from the nurse's unexpectedly realistic account of her sexual experiences and her abstinence from hospitalization after receiving romantic advice from a patient. The nurse is bewildered by the sight of his erect penis, but recalls the excitement of his past experiences, and perhaps due to his daily frustration, he begins to aggressively reach for it himself, demanding sex.
